That's a really big river raise that he just 3-bet. I don't know if Villain even sees the straight or not, but if he just has, say, AJ, he should be worried about a slowplayed boat anyway.

I would just call.

You are ahead of most Jacks, and the raise to 100BB's looks pretty scary, but Worse hands will call a push.

I think you are ahead often enough against hands that the villain will call a push with, that you should push the river.
