you might want to fold because he's so passive
if you call, you'll want to c/f the turn (he's passive so he doesn't bet a draw on turn)
and then you'll want to block the river if their arent 3 hearts on the board

I think the villan in this case has Q's or over pocket pairs like K's or A's. He's passive so is unlikely to re-raise with K's or A's preflop which most other players would do. A flush draw is possible but the A of hearts is gone so that counts out the villan having as flush draw with a hand like AK which further adds to me thinking hr has a pocket pair.
