raise the flop/ as played call because these stacks show up so much random garbage half the time.

super standard. The river K is a good card for you actually, and his bet is relatively small so it's a call.

I think I'd raise the flop since there are draws. Not afraid to get it in versus a shortie here, his range is pretty wide.
