1) Bet turn = okay? Betsizing okay?
2) I'm only beating a stubborn Jx Tx or random pocket pair that doesn't know how to check behind, some low Axs or a busted flush draw (Kxs Qxs) - i.e. not much.

First of all, the A is a scarecard so a bet will fold out alot that you beat, that would call a VB on the river. With such a scary board the first reaction is of course to bet with monsterhand like this, but remember, you don't have to protect your hand since you cant really get outdrawn. So unless you think he might call both turn and river with a hand like QJ, a c/c is better since you always get to see the river, you will get more value from weaker hands and you don't have to put in alot of money when behind.(AJ/AT and KQ is well in his range, and he might have a set or 89 aswell)

A bet is certainly EV+ though, but IMO a c/c accomplishes more.
