Villain is 24/19.7/2 over 61 hands

I felt like I couldn't fold or raise anywhere. I thought that I was either way ahead or behind, and I thought I should have value bet the river. Is this weak sauce? Does anyone like my super call, call, check line?

I don't mind it. I might have bet the river though.

This is what I can't figure out about the river. There are three scenario's.

1) Villain had a T and is going to raise me.
2) Villain had a weaker K and might call.
3) Villain has a FD and never calls.

The donk bet is what confused me. I put him on the T but checking the river was bizarre because I don't see him check raising the river. So the check points to either 2 or 3. I couldn't decide what to do on the river so I just checked since the pot was big.

please don't bet the river, you aren't getting called by anything you beat.

do we really think he is calling K9 K8 from the blinds?

I guess that is the heart of my question. His stats indicate no. (I think)

a T leads the flop like never. bet river and be shown down something you beat.

So we can assume that the donk bet is usually a made hand but not the nuts?

very much so

i have gazillions of hands with donk bets in my DB and like 99% of them are smalll pps/second pairs/sometimes draws (especially on flops that are paired)

wait, what exactly is a "donk bet"?

you are preflop raiser and opponent leads a street

you don't see people "donk bet" with sets?

very rarely at 25nl. sometimes at 50nl.

and if they do donk with the goods, they're leading the river always

I would maybe raise the flop bet since drawing hands do like to get frisky on paired flops. Call is fine, but you'll probably have to fold a /images/graemlins/club.gif turn.

As played I call the turn and value bet the river.

definitely vb the river. I think you see several hands lead this flop, any pp. Looks like he fired another bullet on the turn, and slowed down on the river. I'd bet 1/3-1/2 pot here and see him call with his pp.
