NL50. No read on villain.

Is raising all-in here standard?

You mean you raise his $4 bet to $49? No, not standard.

Raise it to like $12-$15 or so.

Well I wouldn't raise to $15 if he's got $19 left, so what else do we do?

A Shove is possible, but not stadard here IMO. You only get app. 43 % odds to win, if he holds Q,x. A MPTK + FD is good, but not good enough. So a shove would be -ev IMO.

I like raising Flop to 12 $ or call flop, PSB Turn.
