The other player is quite tight, but he came from some bad beats and he had to rebuy. That's why I choose to be so aggressive. Mistake(s)?

I don't think I like. This isn't a hand that you want to play so big. If he doesn't have an overpair, I imagine AQ/AK spades is your best case scenario when you're getting it in.
I probably call flop, b/f turn.

I agree with manchild. Also, don't automatically assume he is on tilt from a bad beat unless of course obscenities are popping up in the chat window or his play since the bad beat is noticeably different, but keep in mind everyone tilts differently.
