Definitely don't 3-bet the turn, you're only beating a bluff at this point. You played it fine as is.

i'd check behind on the turn.

If he checks into me on the river, i'd value bet 2 into the pot.

As played, I think you can fold the river.

on turn, this is really opponent specific .. I'm at least calling, sometimes 3 betting if hes a lagtard.

As played on river, I can fold since we got counterfeited

Looks like you played it fine. An argument could be made for raising sb's limp, but w/e.
