why not raise the turn.. if you want to continue this hand you have to raise here for sure!

I'd fold the flop. You only have 6 clean outs and are vulnerable to a 4th diamond rolling off even if you do make your hand.

As played, you definitely can't smooth-call the turn. He's taking a really strong with his PSBs on each street, but you have to raise here, since you can't let the board pair or a 4th heart roll off. Villain's line really reeks of an overpair, and it's always possible he has the Qd/Kd/Ad. If so, you'll probably knock him off his hand on the turn.

Obviously you have to fold the river.

The only way I call the raise on the flop is if you have a history with this villain. Generally, you don't want to be calling raises without knowing your villain pretty solidly.

On the turn, as everyone else has stated, you have to raise here if you don't think he has the flush. River is an easy fold.

I fold preflop fairly frequently, fold the flop quite a lot to, calling is just asking for a dodgy situation.

Ask yourself who is more likely to go bust you or your opponent, in this situation its most certainly you. Hence folding early is the best play available.

flop call is pretty meh, I don't like it very much. Hopefully you have some sort of bluffing plan.

Raise turn obviously.

The only way I call the raise on the flop

it's just a bet on the flop - i know i'm being nitty, but this really irks me not using the right bet/raise terms.

Say we raise turn to $25, do we fold to a re raise?

If he calls the 25 with say the Ad or the Kd and river is diamond we obv have to fold to a shove, so is it that bad a play to call turn and let him semibluff missed river?

Thoughts are much appreciated.

no you would shove the turn, so no folding needed.
