It may be my nittish ways, but I would be looking to fold here. While his range is very wide that turn card completes every draw on the board. His aggression is very low, so I am going to assume his bet means something. He doesn't have enough behind him to call looking to fill up on the river.

I think that i would let this one go, has not much left of his stack after the minraise, so you are not getting any implied odds for making your full house. With his aggression I think you save money to just lay it down here.
