Make your pf 3b like 3.25-3.5 and shove over BTN's 4b.

I would have shoved pf. Definitely not folding on the flop, way too WT

villan is 21.8/10/4.17(170) now that I look at it your shove over PF is probably correct there. You dump buy in on this level with kings? Maybe my game is too passive.

[/ QUOTE ] Yes. I would have also shoved preflop though. As played I call the flop bet, but I would not be happy about it.

Putting KK in here is hardly 'dumping' a buyin, we're crushing ranges.

Results (in white):
mucked on the flop ... AA or queens got lucky was my reasoning - shoulda pushed over PF

I probably raise more the first time pre-flop. You want to get MP out. Your 2.75 raise gave him 4:2.5. I'd rather bet more like 4 so he's getting closer to even money.

I'd also go all-in over the BTN reraise.

I would have bet out on this flop - something 10-15 - to see what BTN does. Why is there no discussion of betting on the flop?

If you fold KK here, why even play it? What kind of flop are you looking for?

Obv. shove pre-flop

Preflop 4-bet is usually AA/KK in micros but even with that I agree with pushing preflop though I'm not real happy about it.

Need to lead the flop and we have only the PF info as to where we stand with the check and automatic BTN bet.

As played, I think this is fold. How are we "crushing ranges" at this point. What is villain's range? I think AK rarely 4-bets with position PF.

I really don't see a problem with this hand. If villains stats are at all accurate he is VERY strong here. Most villains with stats like these would either push or flat call with JJ/QQ and AK in this situation. That's not to say it's impossible for him to have those hands, so folding preflop is excessive. Once he bombs a flop like this it's a definite fold imo.

What did you expect him to do on any[n flop? Check/fold after 4-betting? Just fold KK pre-flop if you're going to fold to a c-bet on a Q high flop.
