This looks fine to me given how drawy the board is villian could be on a draw him/herself. A weak overpair is probably in villian's range as well like TT-QQ and probably some 9x hands. And i think we have some FE here.

I can't speak for the limit specifically, but the play seems fine to me.

It's unfortunate that you missed, though.

Calling is of course also an option, as the fact that you have two opponents reduces your folding equity somewhat and, if they aren't both going to fold, you'd probably prefer for BB to call for the $3 if he will. (Meanwhile, though, folding out a PP while getting called by a worse flush draw would be sweet, on the rare occasions when that happens.)
