No specific reads on villain, his stats are a little loose. Should I have raised flop? Call, fold or shove turn?

As played fold the turn.

Does a little loose mean raising a lot UTG? If yes, 3-bet preflop, if no, fold preflop.

The Call preflop is not bad in my opinion.

But I would probably c/r the Flop and bet the Turn. If he comes over my flop c/r with a re-raise I would fold if he comes over my bet on the turn with a raise I would fold too. As played Fold the Turn.
