Villain is 35.42 / 4.17 / 1.00 (38); he folded to my cbet previous time, no further history.

No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (4 handed)
UTG ($36.96)
Hero ($49.00)
SB ($71.40)
BB ($54.75)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 8/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2.25</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG calls $1.75.

Flop: ($5.25) 3/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $5.25</font>, Hero calls $5.25.

Turn: ($15.75) 8/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">UTG bets $15.75</font>, Hero....

I called the flop to re-evaluate the turn (any other suggestions?) but I don't know how to evaluate this turn...

that is a good turn. potting it twice is certainly a strong line, but i suspect you've sucked out on a better ace quite a lot here. TT doesn't really limp-call PF, 33 and AT might do. since he is a bit short I'm happy to get it all in.

I think I prefer shoving the turn because: if he is on a FD protection+he's more likely to call now than when he misses; a /images/graemlins/heart.gif might kill our action. A call would be ok too.
