playing bad or running bad against a maniac?

I know that these hands should be folded against a good player. But against a 65/27/7?? I really do not know what to do here. Please help? How would you play these hands? I mean the guy has gone allin about 20 times in the last 50 hands.

Hand 2, I'd bet less on turn, and fold to shove. You can probably make an argument for checking turn as well.

Hand 1 i only 3b pf because its 4 handed. after that flop ill get it AI provided he just CC our 3b pf. as played i fold to his shove after you donk, hes repping something big here, although with 7tfa i think calling is fine sometimes.

I think your forgeting that this is against a moron, this is the biggest flaw in most of our (25 NL players) game.. how to play against morons.
