Title pretty much explains it.. I know that these are good hands because you have a decent amount of pot equity, but also because of their fold equity. But am I paying too much attention to the FE part by shoving here? The problem in causing the fold is that I am losing a lot of value, but if I make a smaller, more callable 3b, and the turn bricks, the hand becomes a lot harder to play.

Villain is 23/13/1.8 over very large smaple

Here's the thing, you don't have anything right now, but you are about 54% to win the hand. For the exact reason as you stated, making a smaller 3bet and having a turn Brick makes this very tough if we encouter alot of aggro. Going all in here is never ever wrong.

you picked up a pot of $8.85 without showdown. if you do the math (push being called, or you calling and seeing a turn), i think you'll see that picking up the $8.85 is more +EV.

Cool. That's what I thought.
I imainge it's good for table image too, since people might be afraid to c/r my C-bets now.

it's fine, anyone with a double digit IQ knows that a flop 3bet in a raised pot 100 BB deep means it's going in so you might as well shove for that extra 2% of FE. if you're that worried about meta here just make sure you 3bet shove your sets/2 pr/overpairs/etc.
