MP is 69/10/.35 and I have a bunch of notes on what a calling station he is preflop and postflop. He called down a gutshot + an A vs me a few hands back.

BB is 19/6/.38 with no notes to speak of.

Alright, so I didnt' cbet like I usually do. These two people are huge calling stations and are likely to call any bet I make. Even if they weren't huge CS, this flop hits a large range of hands that they could have. This is why I didn't bet the flop; maybe I should have and checked behind the turn? I don't know.

On the turn, I pick up a FD to go along with my weak 1card straight draw and tptk and it is checked to me again, so I bet and get called. That's alright, I have outs.

River is not really want I wanted to see; KJ, JT, J9 just made big hands that beat me and crappier hands I am now ahead of might have just got counterfeited and won't pay me off.

Do we bet on the river? If so, how much?

Against stations you really really have to bet this flop. Turn is fine, river 6-7 should do it

He didn't bet flop or turn, so the flush draw is possibly what he is on also, what else could he have? I'd bet the full pot.

Flop is a must bet. On river I bet 6ish.

Er, you are betting this flop for value. You want them to call. The range of hands beating you at this moment against a station are very small versus those you are ahead. The turn is a much worse card to bet at, but again still likely ahead. Pot should be large enough to value shove river by now but you have to settle on ~$7 as played.
