Hero ($89)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
Hero raises to $2, MP calls $2, 3 folds, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($6.25) Q/images/graemlins/club.gif, 7/images/graemlins/club.gif, 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $5, MP folds, BB raises to $10, Hero ???

I think shoving here is bad. But if call, what's my plan for the rest of the hand?

Yuck... I call here and fold to anymore aggression i guess. You're only behind 77 or 22, unless he plays QQ, Q7, Q2 or 27 this way. He might have a weaker Q or a pp, but if he shows much more aggression we have to dump this.

c/minraises are usually the nutz and i hate them...given how passive villian has been up to this point a fold probably isnt bad but id have trouble foldin to a minraise w/ TPTK here. Given we have pos a call and re-eval turn could be ok too i think but then if turn blanks he fires we fold then we might as well fold the flop...basically im just not goin to felt this hand w/o REALLY improvin against this villian

I would call and see if that slowed him down, but this is a very uncomfortable spot. A worse or equal queen is possible, but versus the hands we're really worried about (77/22) we're drawing to runner-runner and improving on the turn would just make things worse for us.

Anyway, versus me, he could get paid with those sets so long as he bet smallish on the big streets /images/graemlins/tongue.gif.
