Villain is 75/30 or so and has been overbetting ever since I beat him in a decent sized pot with KQ vs. his Q8 on a KT8Tx board. In that hand he called my pfr on the button and called with his bottom pair, I checked/called a 2/3 pot bet on turn and river went check/check. In this hand my thoughts when I saw the river were raise or call when he bet but after this bet it feels like call or fold. Anybody/everybody hate the turn check against this type of player?

If you checked the turn to induce an overbet on the river then you got it. Call river.
