Given the stack sizes, I would probably push at this point, but I'm rarely happy to encounter this particular trappy line (flop check-call, turn checkraise), and this hand is not an exception (65s immediately springs to mind, along with flopped sets). Hopefully Villain just has something like AsTs or a worse aces up or a big draw that just improved like 7h6h, though.
