UTG is 50/10/1 through 30 hands

The hand before this I 3-bet him PF and bet flop, he took a sec before folding and I think he thinks he laid down the best hand. His minraise here I thought could be a straight draw, higher Ace, Ten, or possibly middle pair of some kind. When he checks behind the turn I bet the river for value... too thin, good? Check/call?

I'd c/c a reasonable river bet. Leading that weak is just begging to get raised, to which you have to fold.
