Normaly I would fold here just because I dont think he can have anything else apart from Aces? Although most people on here always say never fold KK preflop. Villan is 0/0/26.

If you are confident that villain only 3-bets with AA. Like bored said, not enough information to determine. KK against an unknown 25NL player moving all in before the flop? gogogo
