First of all re-raise preflop to ~$6.00, since villain has a huge range here, probably close to top 50%. If he calls and checks the flop, obviously c-bet and likely take it down. If he calls and donkbets the flop, I could see arguments for either a call or raise.

I would 3bet this pf and call the cbet quite a lot because the board is so dry, though I don't mind raising. As played I would probably fold to the 3bet because villain looks decent.

I 3bet PF.

Just flat call the donk. No one says you have to raise a donkbet simply because it's a donkbet. Dry board, he has a king here most of the time, and raising lets him fold the weak ones and pays off the one that has you dominated.

If I'm rising the flop here it's probably because I think he is overly loose and aggro and then I'm stacking off 8 days a week.
