u dont have to fold pre, raising here is fine IMO, but u have to bet more on the flop, and when u get minraised unless u are willing to c/c down rest of hand un improved u should really be folding here.

I'd prefer this too tbh, then you can get away from it easier. His min raise is a bit rubbish but we have a marginal holding at best and we are OOP, so I'd probably bet / fold the flop on that board - even if we are ahead he is liekly to have a lot of outs and our hand cannot stand much pressure. It also sets up some metagame where he might try and blow you off a stronger hand later on.
