This hand had me stuck. Villain had just sat down. What is your action on the turn and river and why?

Edit - reread your post and added explanation:

That turn bet is giving him pretty decent odds to hit his flush, I don't like it much. It's a difficult situation and highlights the problems with playing marginal hands OOP. You can either check for pot control, or if you are going with it, make a bigger bet, $5.5+.

As played check call river - value betting is pretty slim with your marginal holding, but you may be able to induce a bluff from a missed draw. If I were villain I would only bet AK / AJ here, and I think you have to pay these off.

id probably b/f turn for like 6.5 then river c/c a reasonable bet and c/f to a larger.
