Villain is 35/14/0.89 over 85 hands.
Really wasn't sure what the turn bet meant. Seemed like a set, just wondering how others play this? Fold outright on the turn to a reraise? Lead river?

Reviewing this, turn looks spewy to me. Is it ever a call against this villain?

The turn ambush raise from this opponent does look like trouble. I doubt you're beating much of his range. But he is giving you almost 3:1, and it might be worth a call to see if Villain bets again on the river.

I suspect an immediate fold is better, but I think one consideration here is that -- possibly anyway -- Villain saw that small flop bet, looked at his KJ or KT, and decided he was going to trap versus your obviously losing hand and pop you on the turn.

Anyway, the river fold looks good.

I think you made the right decision with a fold. I'm still figuring out what those numbers actually translate too myself, but I doubt he is doing this with a worse hand, although the river being a slight overbet may be the case.
Also you look really weak by your small bet on the flop. I would have bet more, but if it is your standard bet, then I guess it is ok.

Yeah I'm really not sure why I bet so small. I multitable and sometimes I misclick/don't think at all. Flop was surely a mistake. I'm usually firing ~$1-1.5 there.

If he's any good he probably mistook your bets as weakness.
