Go Bart - 13th in chips - though not sure how updated the count is relative to the live reporting blog. 27 cash 54 or so left. Good luck - If he cashes - this will be his third I think.

p.s. Pokernews mentioning a 480k bet Hellmuth has with Ivey on Matusow winning a bracelet. Hellmuth is currently sweating Matusow's progress. I never realized how much of a degenerate gambler Hellmuth is.

He's trying to win back all that lost money from winning...

Wait...huh?

I knew Bart could make it deep in this event if he just got rid of his attendance leaks. Go Bart!

He probably didn't bet his own $480k, but is getting odds like 24 : 1 on his $20k or something, so it's not really that degenerate.

from pokerlisting.com

Seats are being re-drawn and the final ten players will be seated at one table. One more elimination to go before the final nine is decided.

11th Place: Markus Golser

Markus got all-in with his few remaining chips but couldn't pair anything. Instead, Bart Hanson scooped the pot with A-J high.

GO BART!

Nice interview. When Bart said "if there wasn't some variance in poker" I really thought he'd say "I'd win every one of these final tables!!" /images/graemlins/smile.gif Also, LOL at the talk about Randy Jensen, calling a raise with 7735 etc. Anyway, gl in the 50k HORSE Bart!

Bart mentioned all the time while on Live at the Bike that Stud High/Low was his game. He was alway talking about the old guys with oxygen tanks at those tables.

I remember him talking about playing stud8, I'm not sure if he has a lot of experience playing stud or razz though.

GL Bart, so far this year the WSOP has been very good for Bart. Keep up the great play, and what an experience to be able to play in the 50k event.
