I check behind on turn, as played easy muck to his c/r

Yeah, my first thought was check turn, but I think that's cause I know we get c/r. In fact, the more I look, the more I like the bet.

There are an awful lot of hands we get value from...I can see villain calling with a lot of pp's.

Furthermore, we are NEVER getting bluff c/r off our hand here (but please tell me if you disagree with that assessment - I just think that is too sophistocated a play at these stakes). As that's the case, NOT betting because we fear being bluffed off the hand seems overly cautious.

Simialrly, not betting for fear of getting, er, kinda value-bliffed off our hand by TT/JJ seems a bit far-fetched too. Besides, this villain c/c TT/JJ, he doesn't c/r it on this board.

We also may need to bet for 2 other additional reasons: charging overs and protection against the club (meh, not really, but it's one more minor consideration to throw in there I guess).

Yeah, I think I like OP's turn bet.

As it turns out, folderino.

lol I never check that turn.

but I always fold to that check/raise. He's not bluffing.

The ol' C/C, C/R line from a passive player is usually a pretty clear indicator that you're beaten.
