50PL on Full tilt. Villain is Jarojr, who I have as 24/10/3.6, and I have more hands on him than anyone else.

He tends to play his sets for value, usually just calling on the flop and making a smaller bet/raise than normal on the turn. I have never seen him make a huge raise with a set, nor would I expect him to raise big if he flopped a straight. He has already raised me Postflop twice this session- both times he had position and both times I was c-betting on a missed flop.

Now the hand, sorry for not converting it:

My first thought was folding thinking I'm either way behind or slightly ahead, but the more I think about it I don't like a fold.

If I call, I will have ~30 behind in a ~40$ pot so I really don't like calling the flop and c/f the turn. I can call the flop with the intention of open pushing the turn, but I don't want to see a spade, ten, eight, and maybe a K or Q.
