I run at 7 ptbb over 16k hands at 25NL. Too small a sample I know, but I think this means you should aim for at least 8 ptbb since I am probably the worst player on this forum, and perhaps in all of poker.

After 10k hands I feel that I can make 7ptbb/100 at the $50 and I'm a friggin nit and run at 16/12/2.7 or so and I am not the best post flop player either, so I'm going to say a decent player can make 5-7bb/100.
