He probably just picked up some gutshot straight in addition to his flush draw. Raise turn.

By the river I'm not sure what you possibly beat aside from a busted flush draw, and I'm not sure that accounts for the ~20% of his range or so that it needs to for a river call to be profitable. I think the case could be made for a river fold.

why raise the turn this guy is so super tight. He could very well have his straight already or 2 pair. I only beat KQ and KK here. QJ, QT, TJ, AK, TT, etc are all in his range...

To get value from draws. If he bets river you know you are beat.

I think against this type of player I can fold the river without much thought. It is a small pot. He is begging for a call 3.7 - 1.

However, this might be a good time to take the hand away on the river. I am trying to think of a hand that this guy has with a king in it that he would limp with UTG. I think he is limping PP's the majority of the time here with his stats you provided. If a larger sample of hands, I think you could raise this river and take it down. AK is obviously in your range, as is KK.

i'd raise his turn bet w/ air, it's so weak! This is a "let me draw cheaply/see a cheaph sd w/ TP bet" raise that [censored] up!

Also, though most of the time we tend to bet 3/4-pot on the flop, this is a board where I wouldn't mind overbetting the flop due to the sheer number of draws out there.
