Final Pot: $67.55

Preflop, flop, and turn are all very standard for me. Villian is 50/25, so we are trying to exploit him. But by the river, the flush gets there, as well as a few possible straights. What's your line on the river and why?

Meh...I would probably puss out and call the river.

KT/clubs got there.

a Q won't typically lead the river. I think a Q will c/c the river given previous streets. Shoving this river is pretty thin IMO, though definitely okay if you think he'd make the call with something like QT.

I would check fold this river. Tons of straights, flushes and two pairs.

It's a tough spot because a hand that beats you on the turn would probably have raised you there, so that makes his river bet size all improtant I guess -$8 is pretty odd coming back at you - hard to pick whether is's a value bet or a block bet, think I'd be content to call.

corsakh,

i'm really not considering folding twopair vs. a 50/25. I guess i'm thinking now that this is just a call. No way i can ever fold this though. Not for a 1/2PSB vs. one of these guys.

I think I just call river. Lots of hands got there...flushes, straights, Aces up maybe. What's he going to call the raise with that you beat? AK? AT? perhaps. I think just calling is the way to go here.

in retrospect, this should have been an easy call, and not a fold or shove. a few dollars in sklansky bux down the tubes i suppose.
