I like my line for the most part, but I couldn't decide what to do on the river. The flush draw hit, and 54 is also a possibility, but other than that I have the goods. I had about $14.00 left on the river, so I was definitely going to push if I bet. I decided to check instead, figuring that I could induce a bet from quite a few weaker hands that may not have called my push. Thoughts?

If the villain is pretty aggressive I like this play, but I think you are just going to get checks behind too often with hands that would call a push.

Is there any way you are not calling the river to a bet? If not, I'd shove - what if you had him beat but he would have called, the only value I see in checking, is if you are beat, and he thinks he's lost you so he bets small and you get a slightly cheaper showdown, but for the few dollars that saves you, you give up too much value when he checks behind I think.

Slow typing - well put sir /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yea there's only like $16 left and the pot's $24 so I prolly just shove. He might have a flush, but he could have other hands you beat that call.

he may have a straight/flush here, but he could also be slowplaying a set, hit a set on the turn/river, hit two pair for his 67/78, have a missed draw like 79, or have a tricky hand like 99. I think shoving is good here.

Depending on how often villain floats you / how aggressive he is, I attempt to crai on turn.
As played, I think c/c river is good, don't think he calls a shove with some of the hands he'll bet (2p).

I prefer to double barrel on wet boards like this. I like your line on drier boards.
