Would someone please help me out with the link for the starting hands chart .xls file. Trying to get it for a friend and haven't been able to find it using the search.

Yes, there is one. Check the Short handed forum FAQ. I'll warn you though, the color scheme is repulsive.

I apologize for the twoplustwo newbie question (reading for awhile, but guess I just haven't noticed)...

Where are the forum specific FAQs found? I click on the Short-handed section and just see posts/replies.

yea, how do you get to the chart? It says "cannot proceed".
