Ok so me and villain have been duking it out a lot. I have a pretty deep history with him and here is my read. I have never seen him re raise with a straight draw, only flush draws..... he plays made hands very very fast..... so my thoughts for calling the flop are that he has 55, AQ, or Q10 maybe even Q 5 suited..... i check on turn, i really expected him to slow down, the A is kind of a scare card.... when he bet turn really hard I thought it was either 55 or A Q.... when i check river, i still have same read........ so am I suppose to value shove here? is he ever calling worse........ do i lead river? thoughts on all streets except pre flop appreciated....

You have a long history and have never seen him raise with a straight draw... why is the Ace a scare card again? I'd 3-bet, shove if he 4bets flop. Lead, re-raise turn if calls.

this doesn't really seem like a sick spot to me. if i was going to just call the flop raise , i would check raise the turn. you say he wont raise with a draw. this is any number of hands you DEF have smashed. i check raise the turn as played, and bet the river.

I guess im wondering what the best line to get all of his money is here.... also, i have no idea what to do when he bets 35 into 49 on the river, my first thought was shove....

You sort of got yourself in a sticky situation by just calling his bets. Calling flop is OK, but you really want to push the turn.

please raise at some point, either flop or turn are both good spots to do so, you got yourself into the situation by call call calling

i still don't think its much of a situation.... I think im behind almost never, but is shoving better than calling this river.......... looking back its agreed i need to raise turn.... pretty badly.... but the reason i called is b/c i thought he was drawing to 4 outs and a river shove would look a lot less like K J than a turn shove.....

I like the call on the flop, but you MUST re-raise the turn here.. make it $48 to go and call his shove.

As played, I wouldn't call this a "sick" spot, but you have gotten yourself into a small mess that could have been avoided. There is little chance of him having the flush here, but KJ is very much part of his range. I call.

So you put your opponent on some kind of good made hand on the flop, you have a set and you have an additional 200 bb that need to go in and you just call his raise? I think it would be mega super easy to figure out what you should have done differently. I think I 3bet this flop close to 100%.

I think i reraise the flop here, but if you don't YOU MUST PUSH TURN. Not really debateable.

if your putting KJ as part of his range than why are we getting super aggressive on the turn... the A would be a scare card.....

as played does anyone shove river here?

I'm raising his raise on the flop being this deep, try to get it in on the turn, if he has KJ then you're drawing to 10 outs still to fill up. Even worse case scenario is that he smooth called flop with a hand such as QQ/AA which I think you'd just have to pay off at this point if he played it like that.

3bet the flop, stacks are too deep to slow down the pot building process
