What was the purpose of your tiny raise on the flop?

the flop raise wasn't that tiny. A PSB here would have been 3.1.

I highly doubt UTG has a flush here - almost no one raises their flush draws at 10NL. imo, you are up against another 5 or 22. it's close, but considering his aggression on the turn, ure most likely drawing to 3 outs (the 3 nines). I'm gonna say fold.
