Turn is ok, river is weird. It's only $14 to call into about $41 which is about 3-1, and I think busted FD's make up a decent portion of his range to swing a call. It's pretty marginal though.

Would someone with a 0.5 AF (though over a very small sample size) shove a busted flush draw?

tough one - his river play makes no sense unless he really is repping the 2. I'd have to call b/c we have the top pair, and I just need to see what he has this time around and make a note.

Fish take this line with J9 hands all the time.

Probably not but as your parenthesis indicates, we can't really make that assumption. It's a shortstack pot-odds call, we don't have to be right very often for it to turn a profit.

Easy call.

Would you call with 10's? Bc i sure would, and it's essentially the same hand.

Yeah, I call. For information as much as anything I suppose.

I agree that 10's are the same as our A9 in this situation, but I would call not liking my odds.

i probly call, SB may not be giving you much credit for a button open and think the paired board is good to bluff at, i think he would have jsut raised the turn if he had us beat with 2 flush draws out
