25NL - turned quads on drawy board, how to get value?

Villain seems like a good player. We have played some hands against each other and nothing weird happened.

This seems like a dream spot, but I don't know how to get the most value here.

What line would you take from here and why?

bet 10-13$ just like you would with any hand that is in your range now.
He isn't folding any made hands or draws, and he can fold those hands on the river(if his draw misses or scare card will come).

Bet, it may be your last chance to make money against a drawing hand. You have about $19 left so I think a $10-13 bet could be a little too big for a drawing hand to call. I would bet 1/2 the pot which sets you up for a $12 push into a $30 pot which should be called if he has anything at all.

I would just look at the effective stacks... Which is now $21 or so. So if you now bet $7 or $8 he might call because of the pot odds, and then put the rest in on the river. You are sure you have the best hand, so don't bet too big, just make some nice chunks on how to get everyting in.

i disagree with smallish bet of 7-8. i don't really can think of a hand that will call 8 and fold 10.

and i can see many hands that will call turn and fold the river.
betting too small is losing value imho.

A bet of $10 would be ok here but I prefer a check behind. It will induce bluffs on the river and if he is on the Ah draw you give him a chance to catch up and stack off.

The other reason I like a check is it protects you for future hands. Once they have seen you check behind on the turn with the nuts and play the river hard, you will get a bit more respect for when you do this with a mediocre holding that you want to showdown cheap. You could gain yourself a few free showdowns against an observant opponent.

Personally I'd go for the 1/2 pot bet on the turn... I think offering a slightly better price here is going to encourage the flush draws to see another card, and then perhaps we can stack them. What else is really going to call here besides draws? I think by betting 7 instead of 10 you may lose out on $3 but then again you may lose out on $10-13 if you make a 3/4+ pot sized bet and the draw folds. Checking behind doesn't really make sense to me unless your opponents are really observant but then again I'm not that experienced.

I like chunking it up over 2 streets. I don't think that it's so much that he'll fold. You have about $15 behind. Chunk that up into 2 pieces. $8 and $8. The second bet will be small enough that he'll have to pay you off with a pretty wide range. A smaller bet also looks like a blocking bet and that you are still drawing. He may shove over the top if he has a big enough piece of the board.

I'm betting small (1/3-1/2 pot) so the guy will call with most any hand and draws. The 4 didn't help him at all, unless it made him a full house, in which case you get his money on the river. Push river.

I'd bet this on the small side. I'm not sure what he'd call the flop with that he wouldn't call the turn with.

Against a flush/FH you will likely stack him anyway, so I think you need to optimize your bet vs the weakest hand you think he has, which I think is a hand containing the A/images/graemlins/heart.gif.

I think $7, a little less than 1/2 pot seems about right.
