value betting river

I am really trying to work on value betting the river. I just want to know if you guys would value bet these rivers and if so, how much? I think both of these situations are bet, then fold if raised. I am just not sure if there is that much value in betting.

both look like bet/fold situations, because he is calling with worse in both. all jacks are calling in hand one i would imagine, and in hand two if you're c/r then you can let it go. but yes, you should vbet in both hands. anywhere from 1/2-3/4 pot seems fine.

hand 1 I bet 9-10. Hand 2 I check usually unless villian is really really terrible or my image is incredibly bad.
