I think I'd just call the turn and let him control the pot for me.

I wasn't at the table and don't have much of a sense of what his preflop min-raise means, but he is a passive player who on the turn has now bet again into an A/K board. So I kind of doubt it's an underpair, and, more likely, it's just a question of whose ace is better. (Note, though, that you're not beating A9/A7.)

He could have something like KQ instead, I know, and his small bets are kind of encouraging, but my guess is that you're not really much of a favorite.

I think this guy has ATs or the same as you. I might just check the turn, and make a block bet ($3.50)on the river given that he's pretty passive.
