i know how much you guys hate seeing results but i feel like possibly i am losing more money in these situations than i should be. making me a losing player instead of a break even player.

Both of the hands are pretty draw heavy, I´d call as well... but read help here tremendously...
against a 16/8/0.5 I´d never call but against a 30/10/4 it´s a completely different story...

what is a 16/8/0.5 beating you with most of the time to justify folding?

I would say the opposite...You are not losing enough...Buy in full stack..You want to be able to win the max when you hit BIG...

These 2 hands are not an issue..Absent a solid read they are played perfectly...

Post some TP and other marginal pair type hands...Losing is often not extracting enough $$$$ in marginal situations(or losing too much)...Look to better utilize position...

In both hands, 3-betting allin on the flop is terrible.
Your hand becomes obvious and you are not getting a worse hand to call. You force your opponent to play perfectly.

Call the raise and see the turn.
