preflop aggresssion strategy at 50NL

my aggression factors for PF, Flop, turn, and River are: .92, 2.8, 2.3, 1.8 respectively. I tend to just call preflop with anything other than a premium hand, obviously a leak in my game that im looking to fix. I'm wondering what kind of spots people bump up the pot preflop wihtout a premium hands and against what kind of oppponents. I've read a lot of books but non that seem to address this situation. what are people's takes on preflop aggresion? if anyone could recommend a book that deals with the topic that would also be really helpful.
