1: Is my betting the flop here standard? It is for me, but lately I've come to think I bet way too light in multiway pots.

When I get called I think it's unlikely a villain has a 9, because they would have raised me with a nine. I think the callers have either overcard(s) or spades. So I decide to bet again. 2: Is this spew?

I think SB is tight enough to be folding preflop with a lot of hands in SB so he may well have a pair, although the no of hands is too small to know for sure how tight he is. As played it looks like he's worried you might have a nine and he may well have a pair betweem nines and fives because there was no PFR or he may have a nine or a full house himself and be trying to induce a bluff.

I don't really like this. You have very little fold equity four-handed, and you're beating very few hands that call your flop bet. I'd be looking to check down unimproved.
