.25-.25 home game,7 handed.I have $30,villain 1 has $35, Villain 2 has $75. Villain 1 is a pretty straight forward player. Player 2 is very aggressive and can make huge bluffs.

Villain 1 limps in on the cutoff, Villain 2 checks,i check with Q-J. Flop is Qd-10-6d. Villain 2 checks, I bet $1 and both villain call. Turn is an offsuit 9. Villain 2 checks, I bet $3, villain 1 calls, villain 2 raises to $13. Hero?

This is an easy fold imo, villain check-raises two players, who seem to really like their hands (bet and called flop and turn) on a very coordinated board. He knows you both could hold TP-like hands and he still raises. This is virtually always a value raise with a straight (KJ, 87), 2p, set etc.

hero - $30 (unknown image)
villian 1 - $35 (straight forward)
villian 2 - $75 (aggressive)

PF - villian 1 calls .25, villian 2 checks (.25), hero checks (QJx - .25) - pot .75

Flop - Qd,10x,6d - villian 2 checks, hero bets $1, villian 1 calls $1, villian 2 calls $1 - pot 3.75

Turn - 9x - villian 2 checks, hero bets $3, villian 1 calls $3, villian 2 raises to $13, hero??? (pot $22.75, hero needs $10 to call)

--- well, there's no way I'm folding this hand (based on your read of villian 2), so for me the question is do I just want to call and hope villian 1 comes along, or do I push?

I think I'm more inclined to just call and hope villian 1 calls as well. If villian 1 had a hand that beats us, i'd imagine he'd be raising as he's a straight forward player. He could be on a draw or playing a weak Q/10 ...

River - regardless if villian 1 called the turn raise or not, I'm either calling an allin or pushing allin, although if villian 1 wakes up on the river when another diamond comes up, I may throw up a little before calling. /images/graemlins/crazy.gif

edit: guess I'm in the minority here. Bogey /images/graemlins/frown.gif
