I prefer a value bet there of $4, as played I call, expect same hand or KJ, would expect two pair to have done something on the turn.

This has to be a fold, no villan is EVER betting this amount without a hand beating KQ. This hand is hard to play OOP i may even ditch it PF. I never call this river
