I'd call, and probably be willing to c/c the river for the rest of his stack. He is probably terrible, since he bought in for 50bb, and posted, then check/called your raise with a hand that probably didn't hit that harder than you.

I lead turn because I expect to be ahead almost all of the time and the turn card means he'll call with a worse hand more often that if it had been the 7h or something.
