Rather simple situation, is AQ good enough for NL10?
aaand, is it +ev to call with 2 overcards? if yes, in what situations? if not, why not?

I think you need to 3-bet PF and lead flop. Calling with overcards in position on this kind of board against a loose bettor is okay, especially the type to c-bet a lot. OOP, I'm not sure... seems like you C/F too much.

Terrible? i admit i will raise next time, but NL 10, he raises 3x the BB, usually that kind of raise can be low pocket, suited conntectors and the such....alot of hands i could possibly beat. So i believe next time i will raise...

3 bet preflop
Dump it on the flop

We won't be dumping it on the flop... We will be c-betting it.

4handed, this is a sure reraise preflop. As played, when you call that flop, you have to plan to float him. If you are considering yourself drawing at that point, you are making a huge mistake because you have no odds and little implied odds to draw at 6 outs and you don't know if you are drawing live with both cards.
I think it's not a bad spot for a float because there are a lot of scare cards that you can donk.
