Ok, I'm a tourny donk and still getting use to cash games. Being the idiot I am in this situation I check thinking its a tourny. What should I do in this situation? The dreaded ace comes about but I dont know what to do because of 1 super calling station on button and SB that is already all in.

Button raiser is god awful, so is shortstack SB.

If SB is a call station I like a check here, as any bet will probably turn your hand into a bluff, whereas if you check and he checks behind, you likely have hte best hand.

Get used to c-betting A-high flops when you hold pairs. You'll be amazed how often people doesn't have that ace.

That isnt entirely true. There are many situations where checking an A high flop with a pair is good too. However, I do think c-betting A-high flops is good in many situations.
