Overplaying TPTK?

>25 hands on either villain, but neither have done anything way out of line. Really felt my hand was best on the flop and when the turn gave me the nut flush I decided to jam (probably would have anyway though). Any advice/comments appreciated.

wtf at that flop min-3B? As played I would probably call button's MR and re-eval the turn.

Many times I've at 25NL that minraise is a weak attempt to take the pot (as I'm guessing it was here). If minraiser had pushed after I raised I would have folded, but when BB called I put on something like AQ, maybe 99, TT, JJ, or possibly KQ. (Again hadn't played many hands at this table). I could have been up against QQ but I really felt BB would have 3bet PF.

ty for comments, didn't really want to 3bet PF b/c I hate playing hands like AQ OOP in a big pot.
