Daniel Negreanu lives in Vegas, bu he's Canadian. Antonius just bought a house there etc. I've always wondered how it goes if you want to settle in the US as a pro player. Of course i don't think you get any H1-B visa or green card (lol).

So is there any status? Or do you simply enter the country and then leave every 90 days and then re-enter? Are they sponsored? What about a mid-stakes player? Can you consider yourself a business and get some sort of authorization? It is an official immigration question, and I have absolutely no idea. My guess: you pay taxes, but have to leave and come back every 3 months or so. Sounds idiotic. Any help appreciated!

Who knows???You would have to ask the player. I would assume that DN has a permanent residence pass(green card), or he has become/or in the process to become a citizen, since he is living in Las Vegas with his wife.
